By using our package forwarding service, you agree to comply with the terms and policies outlined here. These terms may be updated without prior notice.

We provide users with a German shipping address to receive packages, which are then forwarded to the user's desired international address.

You may not use our address to receive illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, drugs, perishable goods, and counterfeit items.

Packages are stored free of charge for up to 30 days. After this period, a daily storage fee may apply. Unclaimed items may be discarded after 90 days.

We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party couriers. Insurance is recommended and available upon request.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and complying with local import regulations in your country.

Service fees are non-refundable once a shipment has been processed. Requests for refund must be submitted within 7 days of transaction.
